a comprehensive range of inpatient, ouytpatient & outreach services to adults, as well as, inpatient services to children & adolescents. For most services, you must reside in Oakville, Milton, Georgetown or Clarkson and be referred by your family physician or psychiatrist. Although services are Oakville-based, guidelines are in place for the safe and timely transfer of medically stable patients from the Milton or Georgetown hospitals. 905-338-4630

provides 24/7 telephone support and mobile intervention to persons who are in crisis and have a mental health concern. Mental health professionals and specially trained, plain-clothed police officers assess and assist individuals. COAST supports people to remain safely in their own environment and connect with ongoing care.
